NetLeaps offers our customers flexible ways to
get online and we offer the same flexibility when paying their bill. NetLeaps
accepts ALL major credit cards through a secure server and payment
gateway from the leader in secure authentication of credit cards, Authorize Net.
By use using Authorize Net as our gateway, you never have to worry about your
personal information. It's Secure!! You can simply use our Secure Sign-up Form to get instant access to
the web and we will handle everything from there. By using this form of payment,
we will waive the initial sign-up fee and issue your Username and Password
instantly. All in all, you can sign-up and setup in about 10 minutes!
Paying Your Bill By Credit Card
Paying your Internet Access bill with your credit
or debit card is the easiest way. It is done automatically on the 25th of each
month by NetLeaps. You never have to worry about a monthly bill. We will send
you a monthly invoice on the 15th of each month and do the actual processing on
the 25th. This way you know exactly when your credit card will be processed
leaving you time to make other forms of payment should you need to. In the event
your card can not be processed, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you
by means of electronic mail or by telephone to avoid any interruption to your
NetLeaps Service. If you need to pay your bill after hours, please visit our "Billing Center" for assistance.
You can optionally call our office and setup your NetLeaps Internet
Access over the phone. You still get the same great service and automatic
billing that you do online. We will however have to charge the one time initial
setup fee of $15.00 in addition to the first month's service. We can only waive
the Setup Fee for online subscribers!!
Paying Your Bill Using "Check-by-Phone"
This form of payment works just like writing us a
real check. This method requires your bank routing number (found at the bottom
of the check), the desired check number, and your drivers license number. You
will then void that check and make a note in your register. You will receive a
paid receipt via electronic mail showing the paid amount. Paying your Internet
Access bill online is by far the easiest payment plan offered at NetLeaps.
Paying your bill by debit card is done automatically on the 25th of each month.
We will send you a monthly invoice on the 15th of each month and do the actual
processing on the 25th. In the event your check does not clear, we will make a
reasonable effort to contact you by means of electronic mail or by telephone to
avoid any interruption to your NetLeaps Service. There will be a charge of
$20.00 for all NSF Checks!!
Your bill be processed as ProBiz Network as with all of the services offered
through ProBiz
Network.
Canceling Your NetLeaps Internet Access Account
It is as easy to cancel the service as it is to
sign-up. If you find a reason to leave NetLeaps, you can call our office during
normal business hours and one of our representatives will respectful fulfill
your request. If you need to cancel your account, you should do so before the
25th of the given month in order to avoid being billed for the next month.
Cancellations done after the billing process for that month will have access
until the next billing cycle. Users can not cancel the service by means of
electronic mail for security reasons.
