Computer Repair Rates & Services
Our computer repair technicians have many years of hands on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software related issues. Our technicians are equipped with the latest diagnostics and repair utilities so they can quickly identify and repair the problems.
Service Rates | |
- Inhouse PC/Laptops/Workstation: $40 per hour (1Hr Min.)
- Inhouse Server (Server OS): $75 per hour (1Hr Min.)
- Onsite PC/Laptops/Workstation: $75 per hour (1Hr Min.)
- Onsite Server (Server OS): $90 per hour (1Hr Min.)
- Remote PC/Laptops/Workstation: $40 per hour (1Hr Min.)
- Remote Server (Server OS): $75 per hour (1Hr Min.)
- Emergency (Nights/Weekends): $125 per hour (2Hr Min.)

Types Of Service

Carry-In Service:
Customers can bring in their computer any time between regular business hours. Business Hours: 9AM - 7PM Mon-Fri and 10AM - 2PM Sat.

Pickup/Delivery Service: You can schedule to have your computer picked up, repaired inhouse and returned to you. There is a $25.00 Pickup/Delivery charge for this service.

On-Site Service: Computer Depot can make most common repairs onsite for Home and Business customers. There is a one hour minimum on all onsite repairs. We can solve problems on your network, workstations or servers.

Remote Service: Computer Depot offers a Helpdesk and Health Monitoring system that allows us to monitor workstations CPU, Drive Space, Memory, Services and Event Errors. When problems are occuring, they are emailed to the Helpdesk. The Helpdesk gives us the capability to remote to your system and make any repairs necessary. We can currently remotely fix about 85% of the problems encountered daily.

Work Flow Process: When a system arrives at Computer Depot, we take a detailed description of the problems. This is entered in our database and a Service Ticket is issued. Labels are placed on each item referencing this Ticket Number. Next a Techinician diagnoises the system and details his findings. Customers are notified of any parts needed and given an estimated cost. With approval the system is repaired, the Ticket is closed and submitted for billing. Once billed, the customer is notified the system is repaired and ready for pickup.
