Computer Depot strives to help you resolve a purchase problem quickly and easily. The following terms and conditions outline our return for exchange policies. Because not all items are covered by our return policy, we encourage you to read the complete policy before your purchase is complete.
General Policies
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance. Handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance. Service and/or repair charges are non-refundable under any circumstance. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without a valid RMA number. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Products must be received for exchange within 10 days of the RMA number being issued. Warranty or product replacements beyond 30 days must be made directly with the manufacturer. Fee assisted manufacturer warranty assistance is available beyond 30 days. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer. All sales are considered final. Products may be exchanged if defective for identical product. Computer Depot reserves the right to replace with product of equal or greater value in the event identical replacement is not possible. Products will be accepted for exchange in like new condition. All accessories, disks, user manuals, software, etc. must be presented with product to obtain an RMA number. We strongly advise original packaging be retained during the manufacturer warranty. We strongly advise the use of a carrier with package tracking capabilities.
Packages MUST be properly insured. Computer Depot is not responsible for packages which arrive Damaged On Arrival, stolen, lost, or natural disasters. Absolutely no merchandise will be exchanged under these circumstances.
Please note all returns conditions listed below.
Exceptions to our Return Policy: Alterations to the product in any way disallows product from being exchanged.Returns are not allowed on special orders (unless specified). Returns on software are not allowed if the software packaging has been broken. Absolutely no exchanges on product licenses. Returns for exchange on printers will not be accepted if the toner or ink cartridges are not removed during shipping. All consumables should be included in original or separate packaging. Returns for exchange of scanners will not be accepted if the slide bar has not been locked during transport. Any evidence of slide bar damage will disallow return for exchange. Any item marked discontinued, clearance, or "as is" may not be returned for exchange. These products are sold under manufacturer warranty only. The following information must be supplied: Your invoice number. A description of the problem. Valid serial numbers on each product presented for exchange.After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) NumberWrite your RMA number legibly on the return label. Shipper is responsible entirely for paying postage, shipping, and insurance. Computer Depot is also not responsible for any damages as well as any other natural disasters which may incur during transit. Computer Depot will pay shipping when the product has been replaced.Product Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once Computer Depot receives approves and processes the returned item. Items will not be accepted if the terms and conditions are not followed. The remaining warranty from the original 30 days still stands. |
